SDCC staff members has extensive experience in the planning and implementing Lifelong Learning Program projects such as Grundtvig Learning partnerships and Leonardo da Vinci mobility projects.
One of the most successful trainings was "Conflict and stress management in the face of economic crisis".
SDCC actively participated and collaborated in two Leonardo da Vinci mobility projects: "POTENCIAL. Professional orientation tendencies in consulting youth with special needs", No. LLP-LdV-VETPRO-2010-LT-0477 (2010-2011) and "PROVINSE. Professional orientation and consultation in new social – economical environment" (2009 - 2010).

Conference “From Exclusion to Participation” were organized in Klaipeda, Lithuania 27 September, 2018

Italy presented “EXPA results and outcomes”, representative of Labour Market Regina Šuliakiene had presentation “Opportunities for employment of foreigners and the current situation in Lithuania”.

Ammal Tammimi welcomed partners in Equality Centre.
Cyprus partner presented project Handbook “Migrant Women Entrepreneurship” with training module “How to set up your own business”. Partners reviewed and discussed about other project activities. After the meeting partners had cultural visits in Reykjavik and explored beautiful nature of Iceland.

Fourth EXPA meeting in Amsterdam, The Netherlands 28 February – 3 March 2018

Dutch partner HTBI present results of the pilot project and movie “EXPA Experience”. After that partners had lunch and discussion with the pilot project participants from different countries.

HTIB (Netherlands) presented the joint research report based on the information gathered by each partner. It will be basis to shape a new and innovative training model and to get complete information from our target group.
Second project meeting in Larnaca (Pervolia), Cyprus 14 – 16 June 2017

Partners presented the specific situation of migrant women, focusing on their employability, education, knowledge’s needs, on their participation in the labour market a lifelong learning initiatives.

Partners held presentations of partner organizations, shared responsibilities and signed “Partnership agreement”.
Practical workshop "The Organization of Working Time. Stress Management and Risk. Self Coaching. Team Coaching. Relaxation Techniques"

Our lecturers have conducted training sessions according to the ERCC project Erasmus+ KA1. A variety of teaching methods (tests, practical assignments, World Cafe, autobiographical method, drawing Fractals and others) received a positive evaluation by participants.
Lectures for parents. Reading for children and with children

2015 April – June our lecturers have conducted public lectures for parents in Klaipeda County I. Simonaitytė library. Participants were introduced with the following topics:

10 professional consultants and psychologists working in Klaipėda and Šiauliai schools, went to an internship in Rome under the Leonardo Da Vinci mobility project LLP-LdV-no VETPRO-13-en-0903 "POINT. Vocational guidance, information and actions targeting career counselling of young people with special needs“.
